Resolution
WHEREAS, Peck Road has been used as the unofficial name for one of the roads
in Mountain View, Puna, Hawaii, more specifically delineated on map described as
Exhibit A and attached to said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon further reconsideration of the matter, the County Council
desires to add the prefix of North to the said roads located north of the Volcano
Road and add the prefix of South to the said roads located south of the Volcano Road;
NOW3 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the County of
Hawaii that the name Peck Road is hereby inserted therein with the proper prefixes
more specifically delineated on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part
of hereof.
Dated at Hilol Hawaii, this 11th _ day of August 1971.
