Resolution
WHEREAS, by County of Hawaii Resolution No. 285, adopted on October 7,
19701 Kulani Road; Resolution No. 446, adopted on June 19, 1968, Pszyk Road; and
Resolution No. 313, adopted on January 3, 1968, Kopua Road and Lauko Road were
approved as official names for roads in Mountain View and Kurtistown, Puna, Hawaii,
more specifically delineated on maps described as Exhibit A and attached to said
Resolutions Nos. 285, 446 and 313; and
WHEREAS, upon further reconsideration of the matter, the County Council de --
sires to add the prefix of North to the said roads located north of the Volcano
Road and add the prefix of South to the said roads located south of the Volcano
Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the County of
Hawaii that the names Kulani Road, Pszyk Road, Kopua Road and Lauko Road appearing
in Resolution Nos. 285, 446 and 313 are hereby inserted therein with the proper
prefixes more specifically delineated on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A and
made a part hereof.
