HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 389 Draft 01 1969-1972F� County of Hawaii --State of Hawaii Resolution WHEREAS, portion of the 20 -foot government road reserve, also known as the road leading to the Kaapoko Homesteads, is located in Papaikou, South Hilo, Hawaii (Tax Map Key 2-7-28); and WHEREAS, said roadway has been realigned and is no longer of any use to the County of Hawaii and need no longer be reserved for road purpose: NOW THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the said portion of the 20 -foot government road reserve, also known as the road leading to the Kaapoko Homesteads, delineated in red on the parcel map attached hereto and marked EXHIBIT "A", be by reference to and is hereby declared abandoned for the purpose of road reserve. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the following agencies and to other interested parties: 1971. 1. County Department of Public Works 2. County Planning Department 3. State Department of Land and Natural Resources 4. County Department of Water Supply 5.
