PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR THE HILO STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM,
AINAKO-MANULELE STORY DRAIN, IN SOUTH HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
That it is necessary, for the public use and purpose, to wit:
providing for drainage improvement under Hilo Storm Drainage System, Ainako-
Manulele Storm Drain, in South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, to take,
acquire and condemn the easement rights hereinafter described and to that
end and for the purposes the Corporation Counsel of the County of Hawaii
be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to initiate proceedings in
eminent domain, as provided by law, for the taking, acquisition and condemna-
tion of the easement rights described as follows:
