Resolution
RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM IN THE PUUEO DISTRICT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE IMPROVEMENT BY ASSESSMENTS ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3509
AS AMENDED, TO BE KNOWN AND HEREAFTER DESIGNATED AS KAUILA STREET SEWERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council in and for the County of Hawaii:

That the Mayor order and direct the Chief Engineer of the Department of Public
Works to investigate and report to the Council preliminary data concerning the
necessity, feasibility, and method desirable for the construction of KAUILA STREET
SEWERS, sanitary sewers in the Puueo District, South Hilo, Hawaii, and to include in
his report all such data, surveys, maps, plans, details, specifications and recom-
mendations as specified and called for under Section 3.1, Ordinance 350, as amended.
That the Clerk be and is hereby directed to forthwith furnish the Mayor and the
Chief Engineer with a copy of this resolution.
