Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 753-18, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 753-18, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 1164
dated October 30, 2018, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one
fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one crawler dozer.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for the equipment for the
Parks and Recreation, Parks Maintenance Division, at an approximate cost of$2,654 per month. The
County will own the dozer at the end of the lease.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 753-18, and
recommends its adoption.
