4. Appointment of the Chairs, Vice Chairs, and members of the following Committees:

c. Parks and Recreation
d. Environmental Resiliency and Management
e. Public Works and Mass Transit
f. Public Safety
g. Governmental Relations and Economic Development
5. Appointment of the Representative and Alternate Representative to the Executive
Committee of the Hawai`i State Association of Counties (HSAC).
