2019 Grantee Request For Modification. From Human Services and Social Services Committee Chair
Maile David dated October 24,2018 requesting Council approval for a program name change from Hui Pono
Holoholona's-Animal Balance Spay/Neuter Clinics to Hui Pono Holoholona's Spay/Neuter Clinic's,
Pursuant to paragraph 7 of the County of Hawaii Grant Agreement.

most successful and humane solution which is free spay and neuter.
