Subject: Please dont kill tourism in Big Island

Hello, I am a frequent visitor to the Big Island, and plan to retire there one day. I visit Kona in
the Big Island every 6 months or so. I have been distressed to learn about the potential changes
that are going to be made into law there that will restrict the availability of rentals to folks like
me. 4 ,
It would make it much more difficult for me to be able to visit there twice a year if I have t o;
stay in a hotel that has a$200 a night cost. It seems to me that these changes favor the big nC
hotels and corporations rather than the good folks who were born there or live there.
I implore you to reconsider ideas that would destroy the livelihood of so many people and .0 c:)_<
make it much more difficult to visit your beautiful Island. c
