These funds will be used to support and facilitate <br /> efforts to increase access to affordable Internet and broadband services in unserved and <br /> underserved areas of Hawai`i County. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement(MOU) to accept these funds. Also enclosed is <br /> a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $100,000 grant.
