Resolution No. 429
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its special meeting of October 141, 19711
approved the following names for certain unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii,
State of Hawaii:
Mohouli Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii
A'api Place - meaning curved
Hilinai Street - meaning trust
Hoopuni Street - meaning surround
Hoopuni Way - it "
Iloko Street - meaning inside
Ka'ana Place - meaning to share
Kumukoa Street - (extension of existing street)
Li'i Place - meaning little
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the said roadways located in the County of Hawaii, Sate of Hawaii, be named as
follows:
Mohouli Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii (delineated on map attached
hereto as "Exhibit All and made a part hereof)
A'api Place - meaning curved
Hilinai Street - meaning trust
Hoopuni Street - meaning surround
Hoopuni Way - It It
Iloko Street - meaning inside
Ka'ana Place - meaning to share
Kumukoa Street - (extension of existing street)
Li' i Place - meaning little
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 1st . day of
