WHEREAS, MRS, ELIZABETH STILLMAN has been on the staff of the Hilo Memorial Hospital and the Hilo Hospital for twenty-five years; and WHEREAS, throughout her years of service she has served as staff nurse, night supervisor, assistant nursing director and director of nursing conscientiously and with competence of the highest caliber; and WHEREAS, MRS. STILLMAN has loyally and effectively guided the services, growth and administration of the Hilo Memorial Hospital and the Hilo Hospitals and WHEREAS, her service and dedication are deeply appreciated by the people of the County of Hawaii, NOW, THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that MRS. ELIZABETH STILLMAN be and is hereby extended the appreciation of the people of the County of Hawaii for her loyal and conscientious services over these many years, together with the sincere best wishes of this Council in her future undertakings. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to forward a true copy of this resolution to MRS. ELIZABETH STILLMAN, Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this Ist day of December, 1971.
