There has been no increase in sewer fees since 2002,and the burden of managing
the obligations of the WWD with diminishing funds has precipitated this request for higher
sewer fees. The proposed rate increases are designed to result in the WWD Sewer Fund
ceasing to draw General Fund monies within three years.
Sincerely,
i li•"1 charski
Director
WK:mef
Comm.
