Subject: Bill 210 Regarding Increasing Wastewater Service Charge Rates
Dear Chair Chung:
Pursuant to the Hawaii County Council's November 23,2018,referral of Bill 210 to the
Environmental Management Commission("EMC")for comment and recommendation,the EMC
met on November 28,2018,and discussed the bill.
Five commissioners were present at the meeting, and the vote was unanimous to recommend
adoption of Bill 210.
