Dear Chair Chung and Council Members:
In accordance with the County Charter§13-4 (c), I am pleased to submit Dr. Harold
Dwight Dow, Jr. of council district 5 for reappointment to the Salary Commission.
The previous Council term confirmed Dr. Dow on September 7, 2017 and he is now
eligible to serve a full term that would expire on December 31, 2023.
Dr. Dow is a retired emergency room doctor and seeks to remain on the Commission to
continue recruiting and retention efforts of talented and experienced managers for the
County.
