A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CO -PAYING AGENT FOR
"IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT' NO. 15 - WILDER ROAD
IMPROVEMENT,," KAUMANA, COUNTY OF HAWAII
WHEREAS, by , -Resolution No. 118, adopted by this Council
on September 12.,, 1973, this Council authorized the issuance and
sale of bonds for.."Improvement District No. 15 Wilder Road
Improvement," Kaumana, County of Hawaii;
WHEREAS, by said. Resolution No. 118 the principal office
of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association at
San Francisco, California., was designated as the place of pay-
ment for said bonds, said bank being the paying agent for said
CD
bonds;
WHEREAS, the Bank of Hawaii desires to act as a co -
paying agent for said bonds and said Bank of America National
Trust and Savings Association is willing to have said Bank of
Hawaii act as such co -paying agent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII:
1.. Prinelpa-land interest of said bonds issued and
sold for "Improvement District No. 15 - Wilder Road Improvement,"
Kaumana, County of Hawaii, shall also be payable at the principal
office of the Bank of Hawaii., at Honolulu, Hawaii, subject and
pursuant to the terms and provisions of that certain Paying

of America National Trust and Savings Association, dated
April 17, 1972*
