Resolution
WHEREAS, the construction of the Kailua-Kona Sewerage System, Phase II,
WPC -HAWAII -43, has been completed; and
WHEREAS, the project has been inspected and accepted by the Chief
Engineer in and for the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, notice of final settlement as required by Section 507-17 of
the Hawaii Revised Statutes was published on June 26, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the
County of Hawaii that it does hereby accept the Kailua-Kona Sewerage System,
Phase II, WPC -HAWAII -43.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be directed to transmit
a true copy of this resolution to the Environmental Protection Agency.
