as amended, prohibits the construction of driveway widths wider than

application of the provisions of said Section 11.04� after consultation
with the Planning Co=,,.,ission and under certain conditions,, to wit:

wanting to provide wider ingress and egress driveways for smoother traffic

located. along Raleop ^. Road adjacent to tree "ea-ahou Golf Course in

stood that for the purpose of ingress and egress to the Hilo Gas Companyls
tark site located in Eleauhou, North Rona, the proposed driveway may be
constructed greater than thirty six feet but not more than ninety feet; and
