Resolution No. 198
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 9.04 (b). DIVISION OF ACCOUNTS. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE.
A. 1. By adding one position of Accountant II SR -18
2. By deleting one position of Payroll and Disbursing Supervisor SR -24
B. By amending Accountant II SR -21 and Accountant III SR -24 to read
Accountant III SR -21 and Accountant IV SR -24 in all departments
with such positions.
SECTION 9.08 (e). BUREAU OF SEWERS AND SANITATION.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Mechanical Engineer IV SR -24
2. By adding one position of Sewage Plant Maintenance Mechanic Helper WB -5
3. By deleting one position of Mechanical Engineer III SR -21
4. By deleting one position of Sewage Treatment Plant Worker WB -5
SECTION 9.09 (c). MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
1. By adding one position of Tractor Mower Operator WB -4
2. By adding one position of Power Mower Operator WB -3
3. By deleting one position of Power Mower Operator WB -3
4. By deleting one position of Tractor Mower Operator WB -4
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be
transmitted to the departments of Finance, Public Works, Parks and
Recreation, Water Supply, County Council, Personnel Services and Corporation
Counsel for their information.
