BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that the following amount
be and is hereby app ropiated/transferred as set forth below:

APPROPRIATION:
OUT AND FROM: G-8556 Countywide Rubbish Pick-up $101000.00
CREDITED TO: 4G-2811 Prosecuting Attorney - S&W $10,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
