Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the Charter requires that any
contract, lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds
from appropriations of a later fiscal year be approved by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, with the approval of the County Council, a
five-year lease was negotiated for rental of a portion of the
former Captain Cook Sure Save Market building;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the five—year lease of
a portion of the former Captain Cook Sure Save Market building
be approved and that necessary funds be provided in future
years to cover the obligation of the County.
