Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following department:
SECTION 9.09 (b). RECREATION DIVISION.
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
1. Reallocation of 1 position of Senior Lifeguard SR -12 to
Senior Lifeguard SR -13.
2. Reallocation of 2 positions of Lifeguard SR -10 to Senior
Lifeguard SR -13.
3. Reallocation of 1 position of Recreation Leader SR -12 to Senior
Lifeguard SR -13.
4. Reallocation of 1 position of Swimming Instructor 5R-11 to
Lifeguard SR -10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be
transmitted to the departments of Finance, Parks and Recreation, County
Council, Personnel Services and Corporation Counsel for their information.
