BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that the following amount
be and is hereby app ropiated/transferred as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM: C-42602 Kona Sewer System Phase III
(Southern Zone) Ord. No. 409
CREDITED TO: C-24701 Kona Police Station Expansion
(Ord. No. 586)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
