Resolution
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 4, 19729
RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure, adopted by Resolution
No. 2, on December 4, 1972, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"There
ollowsq-
"There shall be four (4) Standing Committees,
consisting of at least six members each, and these
Standing Committees shall be:
"a. A Finance Committee
"b- A Planning, Research, Development and
Legislative Committee
tic. A Public Works Committee
"d. A Recreation and Transportation Committee"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take
effect upon its approval.
