Resolution
WHEREAS, a portion of the Old Kailua-Keauhou Middle Road located in
Keauhou 1st, North Kona, Hawaii has not been abandoned; and
WHEREAS, said portion of roadway is no longer of any use to the County
of Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that a portion of the Old Kailua-Keauhou Middle Road located in Keauhou 1st,
North Kona, Hawaii, as delineated in red on the map attached hereto and
marked Exhibit A, be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii, Bernice P. Bishop Estate, Mr. Gilbert Hakoda,
and to the Department of Public Works of the County of Hawaii.
