Hawaii , the seventeen- year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Nahara has brought honor to her family, to 4-F work in lawail, and to the County and State of Hawaii; and WHMEAS, the 1-17-ounty of Hawaii is proud of this talented and versatile young lady and it is befitting that we hereby recognize DIANE NABARA's national achievement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it extends its sincere congratulations and warm wishes for continuing success, happiness and fulfillment in the future to DIAVE NABARA.
