Aloha Hawaii County Council,
Our names are Eric and Diane Cohen. We resided at 14-4106 Railroad ave.. Our 3 acres and
home was taken on July 9, .2018. We had a very good business with a vacation rental and a
home improvement business. . Even though our place is gone,portions of it is still very
accessible. All we would like to ask is that Highway 132 become accessible for all residents
and businesses in that area. We believe the entire area is still very viable and because it was
declared a natural disaster the funds to restore the highway are available. We would like to
