Hello Council
I,Fay Machielse own the property 14-4745 Ililani rd in Kapoho farm lots.The property and home are still there but
completely inaccessible.People are walking in and breaking into my house a very difficult situation! ...the need for
road access is paramount! I'm displaced and have no home to live in since being evacuated.I have no way to into
my home or access the property without a road.When we originally bought this lot 15 years ago it was zoned open
after a year and a half of dealing with paperwork and many hoops to get through it was reasoned FA 2A.County
wanted us to build a permitted home in 5 years,we did and now there's absolutely no way to get to it.
We'residents need to have a proper road as soon as possible.
