Subject: Resolution N 113 99
Reference is made to our cent telecon regarding the subject
resolution.
As was discussed, the following language could be added to the
last line on page 3 of the resolution:
Disposition, Hawaii County Code[; and] subject to the
following•
~ ypon completion of the negotiations for the land exchange,
the Finance Director shall submit a report to the Council
of the County of Hawaii. Said report shall include but
not limited to (i) Identification by Taz Map Kevs of the
parcels being exchanged; (ii) The area of the parcels
being exchanged; (iii) Value of the parcels being
exchanged; (iv) The name or names of the appraiser or
appraisers; and (v) The date of the appraisal report: and
~ The Council of the County of Hawaii shall have the right
of disapproval of the land exchange, provided, said

Hawaii within thirty ( 0) days of receipt of the
aforementioned report.
