Hello,My name is Deborah Nakada-Limacher and I am an owner of 5.88 acres in Kapoho Farmlots that was
inundated with lava.I have lived in Kapoho for 30 years.I am writing to encourage you to make Rt. 132 a viable
access all the way through what was known as 4 corners to Kumukahi and allow for the 20%funding.The
Kumukahi lighthouse is a vital aid to navigation for fishermen, cruise ships and Coast Guard. With no safe harbor
there, the road access is vital. Also for the Japanese Cemetery along that road.Lyman's argument that there will be
desecration of the Hawaiian archeological sites is totally off base as there has been access to those sites forever and
no harm has been done. Also of vital importance is that the Sanford dump trucks that weigh 85,000 lbs each day in
and day out driving fast along Govt Rd is a hazard and disturbance. They need, along with all the residents in that
area better access once again!Thank you,Deborah Nakada-Limacher
