To Whom It May Concern:
We are requesting that serious consideration be given to opening access to isolated properties off
Highway 132. We have lived at our Kapoho home since 1980. It's been our home for almost 40
years. We along with our neighbors would like to have access to homes and farms. Time is of the
essence. The sooner we have access to our homes, more likely that our possessions will still be
there.
Please allocate funding and prioritize access to isolated regions off Highway 132 through your
Support of Bill 10 and Communication 21.
