Changes in the field were required after that recommendation and are now complete and found to comply with the Department of Public Works Standard Details and are in an acceptable condition for dedication, and are in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code. However, our records do not indicate the acceptance of a landscape maintenance agreement. Therefore, we recommend deferral of the dedication until that is resolved.
