Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 27-19, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 27-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 43
dated December 19, 2018, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than
one fiscal year for a multi-year software maintenance agreement for the Department of Public
Works, Traffic Division.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for continued
software support and annual upgrades, with the approximate cost of$80,899, effective April 1,
2019 through March 31, 2024.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 27-18,
and recommends its adoption.
