Dear Chair Chung and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Nicolette CB Hubbard of Hakalau to the Windward
Planning Commission. She currently works as a loan officer with-VIP Mortgage, Inc.
Ms. Hubbard was born and raised in Laupahoehoe. She obtained B.S. degrees in
Agriculture Business and Speech Communication from Colorado State University.
Ms. Hubbard enjoys being involved in her community. Since 2015, she has coordinated
the annual music festival for the Laupahoehoe Community Public Charter School
(LCPCS). She is also a former board member of the LCPCS Governing Board.
Ms. Hubbard states she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, she will
serve a vacant term ending December 31, 2022.
