SUMMER FUN PROGRAM AT <br /> YANO HALL. <br /> WHEREAS, the 2019 Summer Fun Program at Yano Hall, located in Captain Cook <br /> provides arts-and-crafts supplies for activities and recreation for low-income, underprivileged <br /> youth during the summer break; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed for the 2019 Summer Fun Program to assist families in <br /> South Kona district by providing an affordable opportunity for their children to participate in this <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be used to offset the <br /> out-of-pocket cost per child for registration fees, transportation, and/or other activities for <br /> elementary school children; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for the 2019 Summer Fun Program at Yano Hall. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5509.25 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Summer/Intercession Class/Activities <br /> 341 Misc.
