AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-69, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
GENERAL GOVERNMENT, ISLAND-WIDE:
2018 Lava Flow Damage Projects - FEMA
(110.199.5199.96) $ 24,746,625
2018 Lava Flow Damage Projects - County
(110.199.5199.97) $ 8,248,875
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 24,746,625
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 8,248,875
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
