Re: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Hilo High School Foundation to help defray expenses
related to the 2019 Hilo High School Project Grad Night.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$3,500 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
