4i?k. <br /> • : <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -i� �'' /`•t- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7TE pF.µF/" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4$ 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE "BIGGEST EASTER EGG HUNT" IN <br /> HILO. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation has organized the annual "Biggest <br /> Easter Egg Hunt" in Hilo for more than 20 years; and <br /> WHEREAS,thousands of children enjoy the "Biggest Easter Egg Hunt" and related <br /> games and activities thanks to the many community service organizations that help with stuffing <br /> plastic eggs and scattering them; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking funding assistance to <br /> host the"Biggest Easter Egg Hunt" at Francis F.C. Wong Stadium on April 19, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds would be used to purchase plastic eggs, candy, and other <br /> miscellaneous expenses associated with this event; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for expenses relating to the "Biggest Easter Egg Hunt" in Hilo. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 341 Misc.
