Zoning Ordinance 92-76

In accordance with Condition "Q" of Zoning Ordinance 92-76, the applicant is required to
submit an annual progress report to the Planning Director prior to the anniversary date of the
effective date of the zone change. By letter dated October 29, 1997, the Planning Department
waived further annual reporting requirements regarding conditions of rezoning except for
Condition "G" related to the status of project construction.
Condition "G" -Construction Status
Please be advised that the applicant has commenced construction and has received certificates of
occupancy for the first 108 units. Site construction is currently underway on the next phase of
the community.
