RESOLUTION NO. 56. 19
RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) LIQUOR CONTROL
INVESTIGATOR II POSITION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR
CONTROL
WHEREAS, the Department of Liquor Control is requesting to add one (1)
half-time Liquor Control Investigator II position; and
WHEREAS, funds for the salary for this position will be from downgrading
position 00-02118 from a full-time position to a half-time position; and
WHEREAS, this position, in conjunction with the downgrading of position
00-02118 indicated above will allow better liquor-investigation coverage for the
Kona area on weekends and evenings than was able to be accomplished with one
full-time position; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Liquor control is self-funded and any
additional monies needed for fringe benefits will be provided by the Department;
and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
one (1) Liquor Control Investigator II, SR-18, position be created in the
Department of Liquor Control.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawaii
shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the Department
of Human Resources, the Finance Department, and the Department of Liquor
Control.
