Bill 20: Authorizes the Mayor of the County of Hawai`i to Enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for a State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Loan for Solid Waste Improvement Projects; and Authorizes the Issuance of$1,500,000 of General Obligation Bonds of the County of Hawai`i for the Purpose of Financing the Lanihau Wastewater Pump Station Force Main Replacement. Funds would be used to replace a 677-foot section to avoid additional pipe failures and would be repaid by the County over a 20-year term through the issuance of General Obligation Bonds. Funds for this project shall be provided from State Revolving Fund and would be used to replace a 677-foot section of the force main to avoid additional pipe failures.
