RE: Bill No. 12, Draft 3; An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 18-68, as Amended, the
Operating Budget for the County Of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30,
2019.
Attached please find Bill No. 12, Draft 3. The Council amended Exhibit A of Bill No. 12, Draft 2,
with the contents of Communication No. 52.4 during its February 20, 2019, meeting.
The Council suspended its Rule No. 24(1)(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 12, Draft 2, as amended to Draft 3, on second and final reading.
