RE: Bill No. 210, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 21, Article 4 of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Sewer Service Charges.
Attached please find Bill No. 210, Draft 2. The Council amended Bill No. 210 with the contents of
Communication Nos. 23.3 and 23.4 during its February 20, 2019, meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e)relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 210, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading.
