AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 18-68,AS AMENDED,THE.OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2019.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following

SECTION 3. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference is Exhibit A identifying a list of projects to be
funded.Any funds not identified by Exhibit A shall be expended on projects that further assist with the 2018 lava
disaster relief.
SECTION 4. Any funds remaining from projects identified in Exhibit A shall be returned to the 2018
Lava Disaster Relief-Private account.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
