ORDINANCE NO. 19 18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-69, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Nil Drive Culvert Replacement — Fair Share $ 2,200,000
(110.388.5386.47)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Fair Share Contributions $ 2,200,000
SECTION 3 This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
