CALL TO The regular meeting of the Committee on Governmental Relations and Economic
ORDER: Development was called to order at 10:02 a.m., in the Council Chambers,

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Motion to Close File: Ms. Poindexter moved to close file on Comm. 49.1.
Seconded by Ms. David.

MS. POINDEXTER: And the report here is—the minutes are pretty
self-explanatory, so if you have any questions. I know we have more minutes to
provide, but like I said in the previous meeting that there was a transition in
positions of the executive committee. So there's a new secretary, and getting
caught up, so on the next meeting we should have the rest of the minutes to catch
up on.
CHR KIERKIEWICZ: Thank you. This is actually a meeting that I got to attend
with you in December. I was very fascinated with the procedure and discussion
that took place, and to learn of the different things at the various counties are
doing. It's a great, I think, brainstorming information session for all the counties.
And you know, I think that by the end of this fiscal year, the makeup of that body
is about to change again, right?
MS. POINDEXTER: Yes.
CHR KIERKIEWICZ: Okay. My colleagues, any questions for Ms. Poindexter
on these meeting minutes from the December HSAC (Hawai`i State Association
of Counties) meeting? No comments, no questions? Excellent. Mr. Clerk, do I
need to take a vote? Okay, all in favor to close file Communication 49. 1, please
say "aye."
