RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Hilo Hamakua Community Development
Corporation(HHCDC) for the Wainaku Kaiwiki Community"Party in the Park" event.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,700 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
