Re: Operating Budget
Enclosed is a bill fur an ordinance appropriating $179,588 for a new grant that
the Department of Justice, Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant has
approved for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
Resolution No. 88-99, authorizing the Mayor to sign the agreement has already
been passed.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney.

A. REQUEST:
To increase revenue and create the Appropreation Accounts for expenditure
of Department of Justice, Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant.
