i atn receipt of your correspondence dated July 7, 1999 in regards to intrpducing Bi1172
that would amend the current ordinance involving grants to nonprofit organizations.
After review, I am in support of the two proposed amendments that would definitely
provide accountability to bout the County and the nonprofit organization. Our al lency is
not new to that concept, as we have always practiced this with our outer funding sources.
