No. 59-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:06 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 59-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 59-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 112 <br /> dated January 31, 2019, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the <br /> State of Hawai`i, Hawai`i Public Housing Authority, and authorizes a multi-year contract for the use <br /> of the Pahala Senior Center located at 96-1169 Holei Street, Pahala,Ka`u, Hawai`i 96777, Tax Map <br /> Key: 9-6-17:37. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year facility lease agreement at an estimated <br /> monthly cost of$125, with the option of two one-year extensions.
